My husband, Blake, and I, Abby, and our 3 children live on a little homestead in Central Oklahoma. We are conveniently located 40 miles South of OKC and less than 2 hours North of Dallas. We have a horse (Poncho), a flock of chickens, a couple cats, a Maremma Sheepdog (Shep) and our two sweet Lhasa Apso dogs (Tait and Temple)!
Why Lhasa Apso
Growing up, I had 3 Lhasa Apso dogs. We would raise puppies now and then, and I always enjoyed having the puppies and finding them good homes! We always met & continue to meet those others who love the Lhasa Apso breed! I have fallen in love with the Lhasa Apso breed. They each have a unique and an adorable personality. They are very loyal, playful & still love attention and to be held. They are a sturdy little dog that will alarm you of strangers but are not "yippy". They are smart, can be stubborn but will serve as a companion for years to come!
About our Nursery
Our dogs are our pets, we raise 1-2 litters a year. The puppies are home raised as pets. While in our care they get much attention and are very much socialized with us as well as used to children . When choosing your puppy, we can give an accurate description of the different personalities in our litters to help pick the best puppy for your home.
Why APRI
We choose to register our puppies with A.P.R.I. . Our puppies do have 3 generation of pedigree available through APRI, if you did prefer a different registration organization. I choose APRI because I feel it is a legitimate registration. It requires the 3 generation pedigree in order to gain membership. Some organizations only require a picture. America's Pet Registry, Inc. is an internationally recognized association of responsible pet owners, breeders, distributors, veterinarians, retailers, pet product manufacturers, and other concerned parties dedicated to the humane care of animals, the preservation of quality bloodlines, and the individual's right of pet ownership. Whether or not you send in the paperwork to register your puppy is up to you, but you can feel confident in purchasing one of our pups that you are getting a full blood Lhasa Apso.
